Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions – Sunborn London Yacht Hotel

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for goods and services at Sunborn London Yacht Hotel only.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the named recipient. They cannot be resold, assigned, or transferred for value.
  • Vouchers may be used as full or part payment for eligible goods and services.
  • When the purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the guest.
  • If the total value of goods or services is less than the voucher value, no cash change will be given, and any remaining balance cannot be carried over, transferred, or credited for future bookings or use after the stay.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid as cheque guarantees, credit cards, debit cards, or charge cards.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date cannot be extended.
  • Please treat vouchers as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Digital gift vouchers will become valid four (4) days after the date and time of purchase to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Gift vouchers must be used within a single transaction or stay; any unused value is forfeited.
